What's for dinner?

All I can think about is food now~~~ =3 I enjoy cooking but cooking dinner every night for dinner can sometimes bore people to death. (especially if you get repeated dishes on the table) =x

But... Blogging about food sure is interesting =3 and I shall blogging about dinner~

Okay! time to show everyone what I had cooked for tonight~~~

Tonight's menu is: Chicken, Japanese curry and veggies! (your basic dinner at home!)

By the way... the chicken is those frozen breaded chicken sticks that you find at your supermarket~

Yep~ Chicken Corn Sticks (This is for quey!)

Step 1: Prepare tray~

The aluminum goes onto the tray~ easy?

Step 2: Pour the chicken sticks!

It started off messy but I arranged the sticks into rolls of 3~

Step 3: Toast it for 25-30 mins~

Yes you can toast frozen food... it's less oilier that way and you won't have to clean the grease from the stove! (The lazy way out~) XD

Serve the Corn Chicken!

yay~ Chicken cooked with Love in 3 simple steps~ XD

Hmm~ I did save some chicken sticks for next time to snack on~

For Japanese curry, I don't really have a full step by step guide but just make do with the pics I took =x

How to cook japanese curry~

Here are your ingredients:

From Left hand corner in clockwise direction, potatoes and carrots cut to cubes, yellow onions chopped, minced pork seasoned with some soy sauce and pepper, japanese curry cubes. (you can buy them from any NTUC supermarkets~~ for around $6++)

Step 1: Prepare pot of water, add in onions, carrot and potatoes and leave it to boil.
Step 2: Fry minced meat. (you can add garlic to your meat for a nicer flavor) Add meat into pot of boiling veggies.
Step 3: When the potatoes and carrots are cooked. Add in curry cubes. Stir well until the cubes dissolves.

Lastly, serve it~~~

There you have it Japanese curry! =3

Dinner is served~~~ and so I ate with my family~ Food was nice~~~

What's for dessert?

KIWI!!! Zespri Kiwi are just awesome~ <3
